Dear friends,

A quarter of the year is already behind us. Going through various experiences, we usually can’t know why some things

happen, why God allows something to enter our lives, and what His intentions behind these things may be. Only after a

certain amount of time do we begin to understand the meaning of a specific event, and possibly not even after then.

However, regardless of events themselves, we can say, based on the words from the cited verses and on our personal

experience, that: ‘God is good, His mercy is renewed every morning, and He is faithful to His promises’.

For me, the passed period was marked

by giving and receiving education. In

January, the CEF Department of

Education in Switzerland organised a

meeting of instructors who teach at the

Children Ministry Leadership Course

(CMLC). The aim was to review the

methods of training the future CEF

workers and adjust these methods to the

development of the modern society. Of

course, it was emphasised that the

message itself must remain faithful to its

source – the Holy Scripture. Although I’d

been already involved in teaching at

various CEF seminars and at CMLC, this

proved to be a useful experience in my development and preparation in the teaching ministry.

In February, there was a joint team meeting of CEF Serbia and CEF Montenegro in the town of Niš (Nish, Serbia). It’s

always good to get together with the colleagues in order to analyse and plan the issues related to our ministries in

Serbia and Montenegro. The meeting was also joined by Lazar and Izabela Atanasovski, the new workers of CEF

Montenegro, who are preparing for their CEF ministry through additional studies at the HUB Biblical School in Belgrade.

At the end of March and beginning of

April I was at the seaside. However, I

could see the sea only from the hostel

balcony or through the classroom

window. Namely, in Crikvenica, Croatia,

there was a seminar entitled “Instructors

of Teachers – Level 1” (IOT1). The

teachers who accomplished this seminar

will be able to teach the seminar entitled

“Teaching Children Effectively – Level 1”

(TCE1). The previously mentioned IOT1

seminar was attended by the students

from Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Albania,

Poland, Cyprus and Spain. The students

who attended this seminar were a bit confused. At the seminars they’d attended before, the focus was on the children

focus and learn how to teach new teachers and how to make impact on the
