The undersigned has the honour to report that:
1 Section 3 of The Forest Resources Management Regulationsprovides, in part, as follows:
3(2) The minister may withdraw land from a provincialforest with the written approval of the Lieutenant Governorin Council.
(3) Where land is withdrawn from a provincial forestby the minister:
(a) the written approval of the Lieutenant Governorin Council and the reasons for withdrawing the land areto be published in the Gazette; and
(b) the areas described in Part III are deemed to beamended accordingly.
2 Section 27 of The Provincial Lands Act provides, in part, asfollows:
27(1) Subject to this Act and any applicable regulations,the minister may sell provincial lands on any terms andconditions that:
(a) the minister considers appropriate; and
(b) are not inconsistent with any terms and conditionsthat are prescribed in the regulations.
3 Section 4 of The Crown Resource Land Regulations provides,in part, as follows:
4(1) Subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governorin Council, the minister may sell Crown resource land inaccordance with this section if the Crown resource land isnot part of a provincial forest.
4 All requirements of The Crown Resource Land Regulationsand all other relevant laws, regulations and agreements in forcehave been fulfilled.
5 It is advisable and in the public interest to withdraw fromthe “Northern Provincial Forest” the land identified below whichis required for commercial purposes.
6 It is advisable and in the public interest to sell the provincialland identified below for commercial purposes to Candle LakeGolf Resort (2004) Ltd. for the total price of $110,000.00 and tocomplete the necessary documents for title transfer.
The undersigned has the honour, therefore, to recommend thatYour Honour’s Order do issue:

Any employee in the classified service excluded from the collective bargaining agreement has the right to appeal to the PublicService Commision for a review of his salary range. The appeal must be submitted in writing to the office of the Public ServiceCommission, Room 328, Legislative Building, Regina, not later than February 27, 1959.
Since the appeal will be considered solely on the basis of the written submission, all relevant data should be included.
If any employee indicates in his appeal that he wishes to appear before the Commission in support of his appeal, he will, indue course, be notified on the date and time the Commission is preparped to hear him.
