MENU:

Main dishes:

- Pork chop- Cod with vegetables

Soups:

- Broth- „Botwinka” – young beetroot soup

Desserts:

- Poppy-seed cake wrap- Love muffins

PORK CHOP

Ingredients:

*Four slices of pork loin without bones*One egg*One spoonful of flour*One glassful of bread crumbs*Two spoonfulls of oil*Salt*Pepper

Preparation:

Rinse slices of meat with warm water, next put them on the chopping board. Then, break these slices of meat into small pieces. You should use two plates. On the first one put yolk of an egg, on the second one, some breadcrumbs mixed with flour, salt and pepper. Take the previously prepared pork chops and coat them with breadcrumbs. Next, fry them on a frying pan.

COD WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

*Cod fillet 60 dkg*Potato 80 dkg*Leek 50 dkg*Carrots 40 dkg*1 Cup of chicken broth *Whipped cream 10 grams*1 cup of milk*4 tablespoons of French mustard *4 tablespoons of potato flour*2 tablespoons of oil*Salt*Pepper

Preparation:

Boil potatoes in their skins (20 minutes). Next, peel and cool them . Cut the leek into rings and carrots into bars. Carrots should be cooked for 10 minutes in salted water. After 5 minutes, add fish cut into 4 pieces. Sprinkle all with lemon juice, also sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil chicken broth with cream and mustard. Then, thicken all with flour mixed with milk, season it for taste. Potatoes should be cut into slices. Fry them in oil.

BROTH

Ingredients:

One kilogram of chicken

Vegetables (carrot, parsley and leek)

Spices, onion, garlic, and bay leaves

PREPARATION:

1. Take a pot full of cold water

and put the meat inside and

cook it. Then, clean and peel

vegetables.

2. Put

vegetables

inside the pot.

You can add

one onion

inside the pot,

too. Next add

all the spices.

Your broth is

ready!

POPPY- SEED CAKE

INGREDIENTS: Poppy filling:

*500 g poppy seeds

*250g sugar

*100g raisins

*50g chopped walnuts

*1 tablespoon of honey

*almond oil for taste

*cinnamon for taste

*1 tablespoon 0f soft margarine

*candied orange peel

Cake

*3.5 cups of four

*180 ml lukewarm milk

*150g margarine, malted and cooled

*6 egg yolks

*45g fresh yeast or 21g dry yeast

*6 tablespoons of sugar

*1.5 tablespoons of oil

*1/2 teaspoon of salt

*1.5 tablespoons of alcohol

*1 large package of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION:

Yeast cake:

Dissolve yeast with sugar and cool milk and

let it stay for about 15 minutes. Add

the remaining ingredients and knead the

dough by adding at the end the dissolved fat.

Allow it to rise in a warm place.

Poppy filling:

Brew the poppy seeds in 500 ml of boiling

water, leave them to cool, then grind them

twice or three times to become soft. Add

remaining ingredients . At the end gently mix

with beaten whites that we have left

when preparing the cake.

Your poppy-seed cake is

ready! Enjoy your meal!
