New Bulletin Submission(s): Please submit announcements to Sis.

Charlene Paige by 5:00 p.m. Wednesdays at

adminasst@denverparkhillsda.org. Announcements submitted after

this time will be included in the following Sabbath’s bulletin.

1. 6 Hour Prayer Service– All are encourage to come and join us in

prayer. This evening from 6pm to 12am.

2. Temperance – Please be sure to support our young people at the

next Temperance program being held at New Community SDA, 2455

E. 36th Ave, Denver CO 80205, on Saturday April 22th 4pm-6pm.

(All participates should arrive at 3:30pm) The final Run Off will be at

Camp-meeting on June 2017. See Jacquelyn Pullman for details.

3. Deaconess Meeting - on April 16th, 2017 from 9:00am -

10:00amAll Deaconess’ need to be in attendance for this quarterly

meeting. Ladies we will be doing our spring cleaning, training and

making communion bread! See Felecia Whitaker for details.

4. Pathfinders – will be meeting on Sunday, April 23rd at 10am. See

Rachel Banks for details.

5. Coronation Ball 2017 – Lion of Judah Christian Academy is

hosting a Coronation Ball to honor our High School students. May,

21st at the Wild Life Experience from 5pm-9pm. If you would like to

nominate a student and/or attend this black tie affair please contact

Jackie Pullman at 720-635-1700.

6. PROPHECY SEMINAR – has been cancelled for this Sunday,

04/16/17 and will resume on Sunday, 04/23/17.

7. Everyday Fitness for Life - exercise class is every 2nd and 4th

Sunday at the church from 10 am to 11 am. See Alfredia Conner for

details.

8. Power Hour – Every Wednesday at 7pm come and receive a

mid-week refreshing through prayer.

9. Health Ministry – Dr. Byron Conner will be hosting a book signing

and lecture on his book “The Face of Hunger:” The event is being held at

the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library, 2401 Welton St.,

on April 26th from 4:30pm – 6:30pm. The goal is to promote health

outreach and service both abroad and within our community. Please

support and attend.

10. Sabbath School - The lower division Sabbath school is in need

of three teachers. We are seeking individuals that love children and

will commit to being on time when scheduled to teach. Our needs

are Sabbath from 9:55 to 11:05, 1 teacher for the primary class -

ages 7-10, 1 teacher for the kindergarten class - ages 4-6, 1 teacher

for the beginner’s class - ages 0-3. Training will be provided. See

Jacquelyn Pullman for details.

11. Community Services- Please hold all adult clothing donations

until further notice. We are now accepting children’s clothes for all

ages and seasons. We are still accepting donations of non-perishable

food items. See Michelle Lewis for details.

12. Youth Choir – Attention all youth ages 13-18, Youth Choir

rehearsal is every Friday evening at 7pm. All are invited to join.

13. Children’s Choir – Attention all parents of children ages 12

and under, Children’s choir rehearsal is every Sabbath directly after

the Children’s story. All are invited to join. Please see Charlene

Paige or Kendra Carter for details.

14. The Prayer Ministry Team - will host early Morning Prayer

every Sabbath morning at 8:30am in the front of the sanctuary, as

well as a short prayer meeting after every service in the overflow

room. All are invited to attend. See Philip Morgan for details.

15. Mid-Week Prayer Meeting – Every Wednesday at 11am!
