Please read on the learn about what’s happening at school from Tuesday, November 3rd - Friday, November 6th. Filipiniana Thank you! Today we celebrated our host culture with a lively Filipiniana celebraon. The event kicked - o with a parade around school that culminated in the FAT. Middle School students from the band, strings, dance and choir programs all performed as part of the formal presentaon and their per- formances were impeccable. Aer sampling tasty treats at the Barrio Fiesta, students parcipat- ed in several rotang acvies. Thank you to all parents who oered their support and helped make this event memorable. Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Tesng: Parents will receive their child’s MAP Student Progress Report on Friday, November 6th. This report will be sent home in a sealed envelope and provides a summary of your child’s results for Math, Reading and Language usage for the Fall tesng season 2015 (October). Please be on the look - out for this important report. If you have any quesons stemming from this report, please feel free to contact your child’s Math or English teacher. Yearbook Photographs: Our ocial school photographer, Tino Ley, will be on campus the week of November 9th to take student photos for the ISM Yearbook and individual photo packages. The individual photo pack- ages will be delivered to students in January aer the three week vacaon. The Yearbook photo shoot will take place in Room 1124 - this is the classroom behind the AMR. Students will have their photos taken during their Modern Language, EAP or SI instrucon- al blocks. Please make sure uniforms are clean each day and that you send a comb or a hairbrush so students look their best in the photos! Dear Parents,

Another week has raced by and the October break is now upon us! Please read on the learnabout what’s happening at school from Tuesday, November 3rd - Friday, November 6th.

Filipiniana Thank you! Today we celebrated our host culture with a lively Filipiniana celebra on. The event kicked -owith a parade around school that culminated in the FAT. Season 2 tryouts for MS/HS teams concluded thisweek and now teams have now been se led and willbe ready to get into full training. Well done to allplayers who have made our teams for season 2. RIFA ES/MS soccer fes val nals: Well done to all ourES soccer teams and MS girls soccer teams who par-

cipated in the fes val nals last Saturday, despitethe windy and showery weather from the typhoon.Results - Coach Popoy and Roxy's E1/E2 teams placed

2nd and 4th in the plate division. Coach Mike andAaron's G1/G2 teams placed 3rd in the cup and 3rd inthe plate division. For our MS girls fes val teamsCoach Kleng and Emily's teams placed 1st and 3rd inthe plate division.
