Rich Wheeless, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and DirectorMr. Wheeless was most recently the CFO of the publicly traded company Taal Distributed Information Technologies Inc. (previously Squire Mining Ltd.). He is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of financial leadership experience and corporate management experience. He has also been an active investor, advisor, and/or board member for numerous privately-held companies. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the security software company Rivetz, Inc. Before that, he was the CFO of LaunchKey, Inc. and the CFO of Pilus Energy, which were both acquired by publicly traded companies.
Alain Dupere, Senior Vice President of OperationsMr. Dupere bring a mixture of leadership, strategy and execution with a proven ability to positively impact financial and organizational growth. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he was the CEO of 691 LTD, a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategic analysis and operational excellence for the petroleum Industry. Prior to that he led the Transload Division at Canadian Pacific growing profitability and driving initiatives that reduced the operating ratio and maximized efficiency. His experience as an air-traffic controller provided the early foundation for a plan for the worse expect the best approach to business that has led to his success.
Charles McGee, VP of OperationsMr. McGee has helped improve and manage the operational performance of businesses in multiple industries spanning from food manufacturing to distribution and logistics. He takes a highly analytical approach to continuous improvement, combining his keen eye for detail and knack for strategic leadership to execute on projects that support his department and the organization as a whole. Charles currently oversees the day to day operations of ParcelPal Technology and initiatives to support its longevity.
