Employers Part

Demand Letter

The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Panzer stating

the job categories , number of workers required in each category , monthly

salary , duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food ,

medical , transport , accommodation etc.

Agreement of Employment

This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Agents Part

SelectionTo select candidates from the database of employees on the bases of

requirements mentioned by the client.

Our service charge is: 8% ( For CTC5 lac ) and

12% (For CTC>5 lac ), of annual gross salary + service tax

Payable within 15 days from the date of joining.

If unemployed resource hired: Flat Charges 5,000/-

We guarantee free replacement of any candidate, if

he quits the job within 3 months of joining.
