He coaches teams of students from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of

Thessaloniki, who participate every year in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition

Investment Arbitration Moot Competition http://www.investmentmoot.org/ (since 2014).

His teams were awarded the first position at the John Jackson Moot Court Competition

in 2011 in Vilnius (at the time, ELSA Moot Court Competition) and the third position at

the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Competition in 2016 in Frankfurt.

He has very good experience and expertise in matters related to infrastructure project

development, public procurement, construction contracts, telecom, energy and

pharmaceuticals, foreign investments, corporate and project financing, State financing

agreements, sovereign debt restructuring, international business transactions, bilateral

and multilateral negotiations including State-to-State negotiations, international litigation,

mediation, and commercial and investment arbitration. He has been appointed as

arbitrator, mediator and expert for the settlement of international disputes and acted as

counsel in many arbitration cases for the settlement of commercial, investment and

construction disputes, including under the rules of ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID.
