Ms. Albano-Capano is an excellent candidate for the teacher certification program in Health and Physical Education. Her experience as a Substitute Teacher and Assistant School Librarian should provide a good foundation for her current goal of becoming a certified teacher. She is a responsible, organized, and academically capable student. She seems to relate well with peers, instructors and other school professionals.

John Barbador

Mr. Barbadoro is a capable student who has satisfied many of the requirements expected of our pre-service teachers in health and physical education. He is a student-athlete which requires him to demonstrate good time management skills. He seems to have self-confidence and a commitment to his professional goal of becoming a certified teacher. He could be a more active contributor during in-class discussions and should continue to build his professional development portfolio.

John Bilinski

Mr. Bilinski is a pleasant young professional who seems committed to becoming a teacher of health and physical education. His active participation in athletics and interest in working with school-age children has influenced his decision to become a teacher of health and physical education. He participated in professional development activities this semester, an interest he is encouraged to continue to pursue. I believe John has the personality and motivation to become a capable teacher.

Mr. Bower is a very pleasant young professional who has the potential of becoming a capable teacher of health and physical education. He needs to continue to work on his time management skills in order to improve his class attendance and ability to submit work in a timely manner.

Amanda Brown

It has been a pleasure to have Ms. Brown as a student this semester. She demonstrates the academic ability and dispositions that we expect of our pre-service teacher certification candidates in health and physical education. As a student-athlete she has developed good time management, leadership skills, and interpersonal communication skills. She is an excellent candidate for the teacher certification program.

Charles Bupp

Mr. Bupp is a mature pre-professional who demonstrates many of the qualities we expect of our teacher certification candidates in health and physical education. His prior military and work experiences should establish his work ethic and ability to deal with diversity. He participated in professional development activities this semester, an interest he is encouraged to continue to pursue. I believe Charles has the personality and motivation to become an effective teacher.

Ned Campbell

Mr. Campbell is an outgoing individual who has the ability to interact with different people and deal with diverse situations. He presents himself in a positive manner in professional environments as observed in field experiences and at state and national conventions. Ned really needs to continue to work on his time management and organizational skills. He missed several classes and turned in work late. He needs to make a greater commitment to his academic program in order to improve his GPA.

Lia Caracciolo

Ms. Caracciolo is a capable student, one who has satisfied many of the requirements expected of our pre-service teachers in health and physical education. She relates in a positive manner with peers, instructors and other school personnel. She has expressed an interest in pursuing her professional goal of becoming a certified teacher. She needs to be a more active contributor during in-class discussions and should continue to build her professional development portfolio.

Mr. Contento has the potential of becoming a capable teacher of health and physical education. He has extensive experience with school-age students as both a coach of youth sport programs and substitute teacher. He seems to be a self-confident and committed individual. I would encourage him to prioritize his goals and work on time management skills. He may over-commit himself which may detract from his academic performance.

Ms. Henry is a student-athlete who has a sincere interest in becoming a teacher of health and physical education. She has to continue to work on her GPA and other prerequisites prior to being eligible for admission into this program. She is a very sincere and pleasant young woman who works very hard to achieve her goal of becoming a teacher. I encourage her to continue to develop strategies to deal with learning disabilities which will help her realize this goal.

Brad Huhn

Mr. Huhn is a capable student who has satisfied many of the requirements expected of our pre-service teachers in health and physical education. His outside employment has established him as dependable and competent individual, qualities that are important for teachers. I would encourage him to continue to pursue opportunities to work with school-age children in recreational or youth sport programs and engage in professional development activities.

Jessica Jaworski

Ms. Jaworski is a pleasant young professional who seems committed to becoming a teacher of health and physical education. Her interest in athletics and work with school-age children has influenced her decision to become a certified teacher. He must continue to work on his GPA and other required prerequisites in order to be eligible for admission into the health and physical education - teacher certification program.

Joseph LaCasse

Mr. LaCasse is a personable young professional. He has been involved in youth sport programs and as a teacher’s aide which have provided an opportunity to work with children. He also participated in several professional development activities during the semester. I would encourage him to put more effort into his academic endeavors. Better time management and organizational skills would contribute to his goal of becoming a certified teacher.

Christopher Lacher

Mr. Lacher is a pleasant young professional who seems committed to becoming a teacher of health and physical education. His active participation in athletics has influenced his decision to become a teacher of health and physical education. Michele Mariski

Ms. Mariski is a capable student who has satisfied many of the requirements expected of our pre-service teachers in health and physical education. She is a quiet student who needs to become a more active member of class discussions. Michele has been involved in youth sport programs which has provided an opportunity to work with children. She has been involved in youth sport and personal trainer programs which have provided an opportunity to work in discipline-related activities. She also participated in several professional development activities during the semester. With additional experience Samantha has the potential of being a capable teacher of health and physical education.

Luwanne Rivera

Ms. Rivera is a respectful and patient individual who has fulfilled some of the requirements for the teacher certification program in health and physical education. She has missed many on-campus classes (nine on-campus – two excused) and had to make-up one field experience day. She was also submitted several late assignments. Luwanne attend two convention to fulfill her professional development activities requirement. I would encourage her to reflect on the commitment she is able to make to this program. I believe she has the potential to succeed but needs to establish a more professional disposition.

Katherine Shaw

It has been a pleasure to have Ms. Shaw as a student this semester. She demonstrates the academic ability and dispositions that we expect of our pre-service teacher certification candidates in health and physical education. As a student-athlete she has developed good time management, leadership skills, and interpersonal communication skills. She has had an opportunity to work with school-age children in a youth sport program and participated in other professional development activities.
