June 1997 : Cooperation Agreement between PAM Jaya (DKI Water Operator) and Suez Environnement (Western Jakarta) and with Thames Water (Eastern Jakarta) : boundary of Ciliwung River.
Form of Cooperation: Delegation of PAM Jaya water service to the private operators by way of concession. Utilities’ asset will be returned to PAM Jaya after the end of cooperation period.
