PPC Search Marketing Lead This position will plan, execute and lead paid search engine marketing (PPC) campaigns for Enilon clients. Experience teaming with strategy and creative departments will be important since many of these marking initiatives will be tied to other website development activities. We are a close team and want someone who can play well with others.
About Enilon Enilon is a full service digital agency located in Fort Worth, TX and founded in 2005 which provides digital professional services to a wide variety of clients ranging from non-‐profits and start-‐ups to Fortune 500 companies. Services include: website design & development, custom application development, mobile design and development, search engine marketing, social media, email marketing and online display advertising. Enilon has an existing portfolio of clients for which we already perform PPC services. We are seeking a new, dedicated employee who can help us service, grow and lead this segment of our business. Job Responsibilities
• Daily activities related to researching, planning, architecting and implementing a variety of online marketing campaigns specifically: paid search marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns; as business segment continues to grow, additional employees may be brought on to handle day to day operation aspects of this segment with this position freed to perform more high strategy and planning
• Work both directly with clients as well as other Enilon team members (Account Management, Project Management, Sales etc.) to clearly understand client goals and business in order to formulate effective plans
• Create and deliver client presentations covering the business case for your recommendations with an emphasis on the measurability of results – this includes selling to existing as well as new clients on the merits of digital marketing and more specifically search marketing
• Configure web analytics software such as Google Analytics or similar products • Study analytics information to help formulate strategies and actions in each of the above disciplines
• Be in a constant state of research and learning in order to remain on top of current trends, best practices, new entrants and emerging ideas in the digital marketing space
• Experience with other digital marketing vehicles such as email marketing and display a plus, but not required
Paid Search Marketing
• Perform all aspects of paid search campaign management on Google Adwords, Yahoo/Bing and other second tier platforms including, but not limited to: client and competitive research, keyword research, campaign structuring, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting as required
• Ad Testing and Landing Page testing including both A/B and Multivariate testing using Google Experiments or similar tools
• Review results with clients of varying technical and functional experience Web Analytics
• Configure web analytics software such as Google Analytics or similar products
• Study analytics information to help formulate strategies and actions in each of the above disciplines
Experience & Skills Required
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing field including a strong understanding of each of the disciplines included in this description
• 5+ years in an agency relationship dealing with multiple clients in varied industries and budget levels • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong Time Management Skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities • Insatiable desire to learn
