• Select three designs or designers from your research and using either digital or traditional techniques (or both), create your own responses considering:• Visual language
• The formal elements: line, space, colour, texture, shape
• The page layout you use
• Add the designers work and your own to your sketchbook and analyse using the describe, reflect, formally analyse technique.
Aims:
1. To understand how page layout conventions can be used to support better visual communication/language.
2. To understand the different page layout conventions available to the designer.
3. To be able to use a layout convention to guide the design of a page layout.
4. To be able to make links to your design intentions and embed understanding in sketchbook work.
