General Conditions

1. Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the date of walk-in-interview.

2. The positions are purely temporary on co-terminus basis and do not entitle the appointment to

any claim implicit or explicit on any ICAR post.

3. Candidate under Project at Sl. No. 1 will be engaged on six monthly tenure based extension

while for Project at Sl. No. 2, 3 & 4 on yearly based extension on the basis of his/her work

performance subject to the extension of the project and availability of funds.

4. Separate application will be required for each position.

5. The applicants may submit their application in the prescribed format alongwith all original

and attested copies of the educational certificate, marksheets, experience certificate and

matriculation certificate of verification of age during reporting time 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on

the date of Walk-in-Interview. After 11.a.m. no application will be accepted from any

candidate. The Interview will start at sharp 11.00 a.m.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.

7. Persons already in employment should obtain “No Objection Certificate” from their present

employer.

8. The selected candidate for the above positions should have good health. He/She will be

stationed in Dehradun/Chandigarh/Muzaffarnagar/ Project sites as per the requirement of the

Projects. However, the selected candidates may have to visit any place in India, if need arises.

9. In case the number of candidates are large enough, the Project Coordinator/Principal

Investigator/Competent Authority reserves the right to fix criteria to limit the candidate on

the basis of qualification, experience etc.

10. The decision of the Project Coordinator/Principal Investigator/Competent Authority shall be

final and binding in all aspects.
