This State Capitol Leadership Survey is sponsored jointly by Michigan

Information & Research Service (MIRS News Service), Inc., and EPIC ▪ MRA, a Lansing

based survey research firm. Questionnaires have been sent to lobbyists, lawmakers,

department directors and others. Results will be tabulated by EPIC ▪ MRA.

The survey is designed to seek the opinions of a limited number of key

participants involved in state government and the legislative process about the

effectiveness of current state government and legislative leaders, other legislators,

reporters, news organizations, lobbying and public relations organizations.

Please take a few moments to complete the survey, which is designed to guarantee

that only one survey that was received per office is returned.
