Packaging Files in InDesign InDesign Packaging puts all your resource files (links, fonts, colors, and a copy of the InDesign file) into one folder for us to easily access the files and information. (Don’t forget to add your pdf file of how the printed piece will look to the folder). 1) go to File > Package 2) The Package dialog box alerts you to any problems you may have. An alert icon indicates problem areas. If you’re notified of problems, click Cancel, and use the Preflight panel to resolve problem areas. 1) go to File > Package
