RESERVATIONS PROCEDUREReservation is made 15 days before the final event. Booking is officially accepted upon signing of MOA by the authorized person. Final Confirmation of the reservation is 3 working days prior to the date of the activity.

PAYMENT POLICYThe 50% downpayment of contract price is expected 2 weeks prior to the event. Full payment is done 3 days before the expected date.

Greetings!

We are pleased to take this opportunity to introduce our company Appsline Travel & Consultancy Services our goal is to provide you quality trainings and services. We also cater in providing trained individuals for hotel and restaurants, shipping lines and other service-oriented businesses. We are also offering other School Programs such as Hotel Tour Familiarization, Resort Hotel Tour Familiarization, Shipboard Familiarization. Attached here are our training packages for your perusal.

I. 1 to 2 Months endorsement for the On-the-Job Training in well known hotels in Manila or Provincial Area for

HRM/HRS and TOURISM Students (Student Rate) for only P3,500 inclusive of the following:

2 to 3 days theoretical/lecture training for short courses with certificate: (like housekeeping, personality development, F&B, waitering)

Facilitate endorsement to the Resort & Hotel depending on the performance evaluation of students. Complete program monitoring of students with the hotel throughout the duration of program

We also offer accommodation for students minimum of 20 students. Additional 1,250 shall be charge. If you wish to include daily breakfast and dinner charge of P2,000/month Monday to Friday.

Accident insurance is available upon request.

We also offer OJT in Quezon's best accommodations such as resorts. Endorsement is P550/student.

Reservations shall be made 3 weeks prior to the date of their arrival date to the resort. If your reservation is no longer required, please notify us at least 3 to 4 days before the expected date of arrival. No-show or cancellation of reservation on the date of arrival will be charged the whole duration of the stay based on the final rooming list.

Accommodations can be arranged within in Metro Manila depending on the number of students to be accommodated. Reservations will be made 1 month prior to the said date of arrival. We have per room rate accommodation (monthly basis) for a group of 4. Conditions: 1 month advance and 1 month deposit (arrangement can be made for the water & electricity).
