• Eligible Projects: Agricultural BMP’s; Urban Stormwater; Abandoned Mine Drainage; Brownfield Stormwater that have a water quality benefit.

• Eligible Applicants: Public / Government Entities; Not-For-Profit organizations and Private-For-Profit entities) may apply.

• Eligible Costs: Construction, Administration, Design & Engineering and Legal Fees. No matching funds are required.
