    Adam serves as a Principal and head of Trammell Crow Company’s Austin Business Unit. In this role, he oversees the entire business unit, including all development and acquisition projects throughout Austin and Central Texas, new business pursuits, finance and overall day-to-day operations. Adam previously served as a Principal in TCC’s Austin Business Unit and a Senior Vice President with TCC’s Healthcare team in Dallas. During his five-year tenure, he managed the development of more than 340,000 square feet of medical office buildings valued at $71 million and led the negotiation and execution of TCC’s master development agreement with the City of Austin for the redevelopment of the Thomas Green Water Treatment Plant in downtown Austin. Adam has over 11 years of experience in varied aspects of commercial real estate including construction management, development management, marketing, valuation and finance.

    Mark Fowler serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Trammell Crow Company where he oversees the development and construction of real estate projects. With over 20 years of experience in construction and general contracting, his proven construction expertise gives him the ability to plan and manage any project to an on-time and on-budget conclusion.

    As Vice President for Trammell Crow Company, Brad is responsible for identifying, underwriting, financing and managing new development and acquisi-tion projects for the Austin Business Unit. Brad previously served as Development Manager for Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for the management of all aspects of new office, industrial, multi-family, retail, medical and mixed use development projects.     Mark Emerick has over 22 years experience in commercial real estate as both a broker and principal. Mr. Emerick was a top producer during his brokerage career at Grubb & Ellis in San Diego, CA where he was a partner in the firm and a consistent Top 10 broker. As a principal, Mr. Emerick oversaw the acquisition, financing and management of an approximate one million square foot industrial / flex portfolio in Austin, Texas.     John Barksdale joined CBRE in 2002 working in San Diego, California’s North County office and industrial markets. There he specialized in representing both institutional and non-institutional landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of industrial, flex/office facilities and land. His team successfully closed sale and lease transactions totaling over $100 million in 2007, prior to Mr. Barksdale making his move back to Austin, Texas in 2008.
