Present: Dave McGarrah, Spencer Aggus, Seth Dermott, John Yaple, Ron Franklin, Chris Nickle, Jennifer Reaves, Judy Lowe, Brandi Haddock, Danny

Ross, and Carol Ferguson. Staff Present: Kim Cox

Roll call was taken by sign in. Meeting was called to order by Dave McGarrah, President.

Motion was made to approve Agenda as emailed.

John Yaple, Treasurer/Finance Chair presented financials.

1. Received financials for December 2014 as emailed.

2. Motion made and approved to accept financials for December 2014. 3. Received January to December 2015 Fiscal Budget for review, motion made to approve and accept budget as presented.

Brandi Haddock, Director/MLS Chair Report.

1. Update on MLS Task Force; Listing Input Forms have been submitted to Flex with requested changes, saved data requested from Innovia.

2. Motions made and approved:

a. Motion to add a “Source” field to input sheets next to square footage, voluntary item, applying to only the new Flex system. b. Motion made to show the exact square footage (mandatory), the source it came from (optional) and a range for square footage (auto

calculated by Flex system), in 100 sq ft ranges, on the Full Display sheets and on the Customer Display sheets to show only the

“range” that auto calculates by Flex, applying to only in the new Flex system. c. Motion to change Residential Property Description types to the following: Single Family Free-Standing and Single Family Common

Wall, applying to only in the new Flex system. d. Motion to add an optional field to Vacant Land and Farm Input sheets that is for Section-Township-Range, as well as an optional

field for Parcel Number, both applying to only in the new Flex system.

3. Recommendation being sent to Governing Docs for research and discussion on allowing Pending listings and Pending Continue to Show listings as active in the MLS. Consider a drop down box for details on the Pending listings.

4. Kim to research having mandatory new member orientation classes on measuring property; considering ANSI is a voluntary type of measuring.
