OXY • No. 1 natural gas producer in California • A partner in the giant Dolphin Project, the premier transborder natural gas project in the Middle East • OEMI ranks among the top 10 natural gas marketers in North America, with trading volume exceeding 5 billion cubic feet per day Oil and Gas Overview Oxy’s Midstream, Marketing and Other segment gathers, treats, processes, transports, stores,  purchases and markets crude oil (including NGLs and condensate), natural gas, carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and power. The segment provides low-cost services to other Oxy segments as well as third  parties and operates gas plants, oil, gas and CO 2 pipeline systems and storage facilities. In addition, the marketing and trading g roup markets Oxy’s and third-party oil and gas, trades around the midstream and marketing segment assets and engages in commodities and securities trading. The Midstream, Marketing and Other segment comprises the following businesses: • CO 2 Source Fields and Facilities  – Oxy is the world's largest user of CO2 injection for enhanced oil recovery (EOR), a technique used to increase production from mature wells. CO 2 is processed and transported for use in Oxy's EOR program. • Gas Processing Plants – Oxy's U.S. wet gas production and third-party production is  processed through 15 gas plants, including 13 in the Permian Basin of southwest Texas and southeast New Mexico, to extract natural gas liquids from the wet gas stream. • Marketing and Trading – These groups consist of Oxy Energy Marketing, Inc. (OEMI), which markets Oxy’s equity production and engages in third-party marketing and trading activities; and Phibro, which trades commodities and securities. • Pipelines  – Oxy operates pipelines in the U.S. and holds interests in a pipeline in the Middle East. In the Permian Basin, Oxy owns Centurion Pipeline, an oil-gathering, common-carrier pipeline and storage system with approximately 2,750 miles of pipeline and storage capacity of 5 million barrels. In the Middle East, Oxy has a 24.5-percent eq uity interest in Dolphin Energy, the operator and own er of the Dolphin Pipeline, a 230-mile-
