Overview of our Corporate Social ResponsibilityOur business is right at the heart of people and companies. Fully committed to our values of customer satisfaction, availability, independence and innovation, we strive to go further by implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach across the Group. As a major player in the protection of individuals and property, we wish to incorporate social and environmental issues more broadly into our decisions and businesses. To achieve this, we have identified five principles that convey our convictions and commitments: 1. Promote human values in Group
activities 2. Act in favor of health and well-being in
the workplace 3. Control our environmental footprint 4. Foster dialogue and commit to all our
partners 5. Develop community programs This drive for progress is both a collective and individual challenge shared by all Group employees.

“When I arrived, my manager took the time to present the company’s organization and my role within it. This gave me my first professional reference points within the company. I was very quickly introduced to all my colleagues who helped with my induction and provided support on a daily basis. As a Human Resources representative is regularly available on-site, I was able to ask all sorts of practical questions about the company, our employee benefits and so on. The good relations between the HR Department and managers, combined with the welcome provided by the teams helped me to become successfully integrated within the company.”

2. Acting in favor of health and well-being in the workplace: full commitment
Health is one of our core businesses. Promoting health is also acting in favor of the company and society as a whole.
SIACI SAINT HONORE conducts various awareness-raising and preventive initia-tives, both internally and externally, on well-being in the workplace.
Well-being in the workplace policies and organizational issues are key challenges for our Group and are at the center of
professional relations between employees and their representatives.
These ties have been fostered with the Health & Safety Committee, the Works Committee and the Occupational Health representative in order to work together on these issues and consider individual difficulties as part of a collective analysis.
These various actions became part of an offi-cial framework in 2010 through the signature
of the “Engagement en faveur du bien-être au travail et du droit universel à la santé” (Commitment in favor of well-being in the workplace and the universal right to health) by the Observatoire Social International (OSI). By signing this commitment, SIACI SAINT HONORE wanted to set out its values clearly and take part in a drive enabling the Group to continue to improve in these areas.
The Observatoire Social International was founded in 2000 in order to create a better understanding of the social requirements of globalization through cooperation ini-tiatives between economic, social and political players and associations. Around ten companies and organizations are part of the OSI, including Schneider Electric, Areva, Danone, la Poste and Mala-koff Médéric.
Our focus on Group employee well-being was also embodied in 2011 through a social climate internal study that will be renewed on a periodic basis in order to pinpoint our employees’ concerns and provide solutions.89% of employees state their satisfaction with working within the Group (2011).
3. Supporting community programs
3.1. Making donations a corporate project actively involving employees
Arrondi Solidaire, set up in 2013, is an innovative and voluntary donation collec-tion scheme. Employees who wish to may donate cents from their salary (rounding it up to the nearest Euro for example) up to a limit of five Euros per month. SIACI SAINT HONORE has decided to supplement the amounts donated by Group employees with a 200% contribution: for each Euro donated by an employee, SIACI SAINT HONORE donates two Euros, result-ing in a total of three Euros collected for our partner associations.
The donations collected are invested in projects in favor of business creation, employment and access to healthcare.

21 OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTSOVERVIEW
of our Corporate Social Responsibility 22
1. Raising awareness among our employees and partners: eco-friendly habits
By implementing and disseminating our eco-friendly habits, we incite employees to save on electricity, water and paper, to use “clean” transportation, and to recycle. A few simple actions enable us to protect the environment both individually and collectively.
From

Protecting the environment is everyone’s concern. On a day-to-day
basis, we are all involved both personally and professionally. As
sustainable development is a major challenge in our society today,
we must change our habits.
This is why SIaCI SaINT HONORE is undertaking to act in favor
of the environment on a daily basis.
This guide presents the simple habits that we can all learn to cut
our environmental footprint and ensure a better quality of life for all.
This booklet provides tips for reducing our paper, energy and water
consumption, recycling and getting about using more responsible
means of transportation.
We know that we can count on the conviction and commitment
of each and every one of you.
In China, we raise awareness of these habits via the Green
Operation approach.

We have also introduced a CSR criterion when selecting suppliers.
2. Cutting our paper consumption
As we work in the service industry, we use a lot of paper. It was very important for us to work on this. Major initiatives, such as switching to paperless administration, have been
implemented and offered to our clients: e-documents made available via email or dedicated extranet sites, electronic docu-ment management (EDM) internally, etc.
3. Studying technological and recycling solutions
The Green IT approach rolled out by the Information Systems Division favors high-
performance technical solutions that help to control electricity consumption, both
for equipment renewal (the new genera-tion of computer screens for example) and the installation of IT rooms.
We recycle used IT equipment and con-sumables.
4. Controlling our environmental footprint
The greenhouse gas emissions caused by our employees’ business air travel is without a doubt the most important factor in the Group’s environmental footprint. We use calculators based on the Bilan Carbone® methodology developed by the French Environmental Agency, ADEME. Through our carbon offsetting, we fund projects to cut greenhouse gas emis-sions and in favor of carbon capture conducted by Action Carbone: building biogas tanks in India and China and solar ovens in South America, as well as waste composting in Madagascar.
All projects are certified
In just five years, Action Carbone has offset more than 155,000 metric tons of CO
2.
Our Group has set up a partnership with Action Carbone, a program run by the GoodPlanet Foundation, in order to offset the CO2 emissions related to all air travel to our main subsidiaries abroad.
