Alsipercha is a personal fall protection system that provides an exceptional overhead anchorage connection. The Alsipercha system gives workers greater freedom of movement while performing any number of tasks. Personal overhead fall protection system for the stage of the framework decking process, or installation of: guardrails, gallows-type safety nets, framework risers, and in general all framework assembly activities that entail the risk of falling from heights, can be carried out in an entirely safe manner.

Position, level and cast the housing tube in the concrete columns.Allowforsufficientcuringofconcretetoenablesafe operation of the system. The leveller accessory will be used to ensure the vertical position of the housing tube.

After the user is safely connected to the SRL and to theAlsipercha, start to use the system. Allows a 360º safe working area with 23 ft. radius from the central post(410 ft.2 aprox).

The user must never unhook himself from one Alsipercha before hooking up to the next Alsipercha. In case the second Alsipercha is out of reach, an Alsipercha Hook is available to assist with transition.

Whenever you have a steel column havingwidths between 6” and 17-3/4” then the ColumnClamps accessory is the perfect solution tocombine with the Alsipercha and provide aneffective overhead fall protection for users.

Mainly used into industrial environments, loading or unloading trucks, doing maintenance overmachinesorbuildingswithdifficultaccess,the column clamp is the perfect accessory to take full advantage of the Alsipercha overhead fall protection system.

The column clamp accessory consists of a pairof adjustable clamps distanced by 3 feet, anda bottom sleeve where the Alsipercha is thengoing to be positioned. The installation process is quick and simple, being done in just a few steps and by the use of conventional tools.

Before installing the Alsipercha, adjust the column clamps, applying a maximum force of up to 50 ft. pounds.

The column clamp accessory is ready to receive the Alsipercha. By the use of a proper lifting equipment, insert Alsipercha through the central hole of both column clamps up to it rest at the bottom column clamp sleeve. The system is ready to use.

By activating the adjustable mechanism, open the jaws and increase the gap of the jaws enough to place the clamp over the steel column. Adjust the 2 column clamps to fasten them to the steel column, procuring to have a distance between them of at least 3 ft. - 3 in.

Insert the column clamp sleeve into the lower column clamp, introducing the lug, through the grooves designed to avoid an accidental separation.

The TRIPOD is an accessory used to takefull advantage of the Alsipercha by providing an effective overhead up to 23 feet in height.

Easy and simple to install, the Tripod is combined with the Alsipercha system and will provide full fall protection to users. Systems range in height between 16.5 feet to 23 feet.

The Tripod provides a wide range of potential uses, being specially effective forloading-unloading vehicles, a critical stagewhere there is a high risk of users fallingfrom height. This Alsipercha Tripod system meets the updated 2017 OSHA 1910. Subpart D standard.

The Alsipercha Counterweight MF accessory is a modular structure that, using the vehicle weight as counterweight, guarantees an effective use of the Alsipercha when working at height over vehicles.

A perfect solution, when the characteristics of the ground to be used to install an Alsipercha system are unknown, the Counterweight MF does not require to be anchored.

The advanced design, includes 3 built-in adjustable supports to correct possible unevenness on the surface.

The installation is fast, simple and intuitive, and is also available in 2 possible combinations, 18 ft. height or21 ft. height.

The Counterweight MF combined with the Alsipercha, provides one of the most versatile and effective overhead fall protection solutions to the people that need to work over the trucks or high vehicles.

The universal guardrails are manufactured out of high strength low alloy steel (HSLA). Guardrails exceed all OSHA load requirements. All guardrails and bases are manufactured 100% in USA.

The Zip Base is a 3 hole base, galvanized or yellow TS22 coating with rubber feet (58 lbs). Nests and stacks easily for storage before and after use. Zip Base offers superior resistance to impact loads and its unique design is 40% lighter than competitor bases. Comes with toe board slots on each side and handle holes for lifting.

Pallet with metal frame holds 11 Guardrails and 12 Zip Bases.Guardrails can be stacked for side loading or end loadingand can be stacked up to three pallets high.
