Using the App – iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch
Downloading the App
1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for “overdrive.”
3. Tap “Get,” then “Install.”
Getting Started
1. Open the OverDrive App.
2. Tap “Sign up.”
3. Fill out the text boxes and tap “Sign up,” or tap “Sign up with Facebook” to use your Facebook account for
OverDrive.
4. 3) Tap the OverDrive icon in the upper-‐left corner of your screen, then tap “Add a Library.” Search for your
library and then tap the star next to the library to add it to your account.
Finding Books
1. To search, tap the magnifying glass icon and enter your search terms.
2. To browse, tap the menu button to explore the pre-‐sorted categories.
3. When you’ve found a book you want to borrow, tap the book’s title to go to its page.

Downloading the App 1) Open your device’s app store. For most devices, this is the Google Play Store App. 1) Search for “overdrive”
2) Tap Install Note: You must have Android version 4.0 (or newer) to install this app. This tip sheet uses version 3.2.2 of the OverDrive app; older versions of the app may have a different appearance.
