2021 Here We Come! The time has come for us to transition fully into our new role as a leader in student centred online learning. Our traditional programmes have been re-designed and converted into over 50 exciting short courses fully aligned with the school’s curriculum and to meet assessment criteria of relevant examination bodies. Last term, we used the blended approach and engaged students in the classroom and remotely. 75% consistently expressed a preference for the online experience in our polls, before, during and after.

Website Overview Visit www.mypasscode.net on your desktop, tablet or smart phone and learn more about us, courses, teachers, and events. Take some time to search for courses of interest to you or your child by level, grade or form, or by subject. You can also contact us by submitting a query. Students can interact with each other and facilitators naturally and easily once enrolled in their course(s).

Courses Features Each course will run for the duration indicated in the overview and will be available over the school term. Students can enrol at anytime and learn at their convenience and at their own pace. Within each course, there will be a series of lessons, quizzes and assignments which will utilise multimedia technologies and other contemporary modes of engagement and evaluation. At the end of each course, students will be issued a digital certificate of achievement with their passing grade. Courses are designed for students to pass at a very high standard and to inspire confidence in their abilities.

Registration Process Registration is very easy and automated. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 once application is approved. This is initiated via the register link on homepage. Details required include username, name, date of birth, class/grade/form, school and email address. Billing details can be separate to student account details as well name and contact information of a responsible adult must be supplied. Once user is registered, they should login and proceed to select courses, add to cart and checkout. After payment is received, students will gain access and will have the option to enrol and commence learning.

Price, Billing and Payment The average price per 12 week course is $150. Discounts or coupon codes may be issued for bundles or promotions. Important Notices/Summary

1. New Term Dates This term was initially expected to start on January 18th 2021 however we have used this time for enrolment, to settle technical issues and to get students acquainted with he platform. Courses will officially be open on Monday February 1st, 2021 and will run for 12 weeks until April 10th 2021. Students who enrol after the start date will still have access for allotted period.

2. Customer Service Number In efforts to serve you better, we have added a second way to get in touch. Please contact our Administrative Assistant Zaura McIntosh at telephone number 5318606 with your inquiries regarding courses, enrolment, billing, payment and for general assistance.

3. Office Closure Our main office is now permanently closed and all operations will be managed remotely. See below for details on payment options and above for ways to contact us.
