Dear FriendsThanks for your vote of confidence in electing me as your Editor for Selfie and Fellowship for the year 2018-19. Big thanks to Sanjeev Shah for motivating me to take this up

One of the key themes of NP Rajiv Mehra is to inspire floor members to be more active, participative and build better relations with our international fraternity.

I see Selfie playing a critical role in building a vibrant, energetic and a lively Association of 41 Clubs of India. Selfie is a bridge to all members of 41 Clubs across India & overseas, Tablers across India and most importantly to past tablers who are our prospects

Dear 41 International President Ulrich Suppan, Past International Presidents Induji & KK, Past Presidents - 41 Clubs Of India, Members of the Board of 2017 – 2018, 41ers, Tangents, tablers & Circlers.

86 Trips, 176 days and 1,06,000 Kms traversed – it’s been an exhilarating and fantastic experience for Renuka& me.

The year gone by saw us renew our Friendships and find new Friends. Everywhere Renuka & I travelled we had 41ers and Tablers alike who opened up their homes and hearts for us. The love and warmth we received is unlike you can receive in any other similar organisation. Tablers, present and past are a breed apart.

Much has been achieved and as always in any organisation it is work in progress.

Our communication with 41ers across the country and internationally was effective.

Through our Facebook page, visibility of 41ers movement has improved many folds and Brand 41 is gaining strength.

With the signing of the MOU with RTI, our collaboration with Round table is on the rise as we support their Freedom Through Education and other programs. During the year 41Clubs directly and 41ers individually contributed more than Rs. 40 lakhs to the coffers of RTI for their FTE and Kerala Flood relief work.

The introduction of the 41 Star Medallion in its new Avataar has met with success. The funds raised from the sale of these medallions is used for funding the FTE initiative of Round Table. I urge all of you to please contribute to this effort by purchasing the Star.

Renuka & me through our travels across the length and breadth of the country have evidenced the 41 Clubs and 41 ers celebrating Fellowship and Friendship. 8 Area MTMS and 3 FAMITS have been successfully held.

Our Finances are in Fine Fettle with Corpus & Reserves amounting to Rs. 2.45 crores.

As a measure to better Tax Planning and Administration we have decided to bifurcate our Association into two separate entities. This will go a long way in protecting our Corpus & Reserves. We will seek your approval to do this at the next AGM.

Friends, whatever we have achieved during the Year has been because of these gentlemen standing beside me (The Board Of 2017-2018). There is always a strong temptation to attribute the credit to oneself. This is, however, not how it works. It is the hard work put in by my teammates which has been the reason for a great year. Thank you my friends for your support and guidance.

A special word about Team Oye Balle Balle led by my very good friend Navin Gupta and his wife Pragati. Ladies and Gentlemen this team has been working tirelessly to give you this AGM. Please join me in giving them a big round of applause.

I also take this opportunity to thank our Secretariat staff Ms. Jyothi and Mr. Guru who have provided the necessary support to all 41ers and run the affairs of the office efficiently.

Friends, Renuka and I are honoured and humbled to have had the opportunity to adorn our respective Jewels draped in the tricolour. We are blessed to be a part of this fraternity called Tabling, a fraternity that has helped us to have friends for life, friends who are family itself.

Our two Children are here today alongwith their spouses. Renuka and I are grateful to them to have supported us in our journey - Love you Mohit & Sunanda, Ishita & Bir.

I wish our incoming President – Rajiv Mehra and his team a great and fruitful year ahead. I am sure he will take our Association to greater heights.

I wish to say a small prayer before I bow out;

May our friendship last forever;May I sail upon your sea.May we go through life together;May there always be a "we."

Dear Friends,I bring you warm greetings from your National board 2018-19. I take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and co operation last year and look forward to your love, support and co operation this year. A big Thank you to all those who came for the AGM to Chandigarh and were a witness to the new team taking over at the Banquet. For those who could not make it I must tell you that you all were missed and we hope that you will be there at DUM DUM DIGA DIGA the next agm scheduled to be held at Goa on the 20-22 September. The theme for the year is Charge, Recharge. Our agenda this year is simple. Extension and growth, Motivate and inspire floor members to be more participative, Better transparency and governance, and better relations with our international fraternity. We have a very young, vibrant, committed and passionate team of tigers on the board this year that shall bring on the Charge to Recharge the floor members. This year we shall be creating more and more opportunities and greater platforms for fellowships which the members can enjoy. We propose to give a better direction and purpose to our association and for that I thank each and every one of you that supported the change of the Aims and Objects of our association at the recently concluded AGM . All the board members have been made mindful of their responsibilities and shall be accountable to the floor for their performance. All I ask is your love, support and co operation to them. The team shall be regularly updating you of the happenings and developments for the year through the various mediums of communication. Looking forward to your support as always. It was a great pleasure for me to attend the AGM India and bring the best wishes from all the 35,000 members of the 27 nations worldwide that compose 41 International.

41 India realize our main values. My motto for the year is "4 values-1 idea- 41 our network" and aims at strengthening the FRIENDSHIP within the clubs, PARTNERSHIP with Round Table, FAMILY with the YAPs Program and SERVICE with a new 41 International Service Award for Education! At our next HYM in Marakesh we will organize a workshop to institute a 41 International Service Award for EDUCATION! In the future 41 International stands for SUPPORT EDUCATION and we grant yearly an award for the best education project!

In the 41 world, India is measured by the membership number 3 behind GB&I and Germany, but measured by the results of living our 4 values you are together with them on top!

New Aim and Objectsof Association of 41 Clubs of India

New Aims and Objects were passed at the NAGM in Chandigarh. It reflects spirit

of changing times. To be read at all meetings of Club 41s in India

Aims and Objects of 41ers India.

1) To actively enhance the bonds of Friendship established in round Table.

2) To strengthen the ties with Round Table India by contributing to their initiatives

and projects.

3) To extend the scope of the Young Ambassadors Program (YAP)

4) To promote international fellowship and friendship.

5) To actively participate in creating a better India.
