LITURGICAL MINISTERS

For the time being, for all future masses, we will

only be requiring two Eucharistic Ministers, one

Altar Server, one AV Minister, one Lector, and

eight Ushers.

Schedule will be generated this week. Please call

the church asap if you are unable to fill that posi-

tion and update you scheduler please.

If you are scheduled as a Eucharistic Minister,

you need to register yourself with your family for

that particular mass.

time on Saturday 3:30 PM. We will

use a screen at the front of the

Baptisms will resume. Not at Mass

and only ONE family at a time. You

will be contacted.

Weddings and Funerals can take

place with the proper distancing

maintained. No pictures after Mass.

No wakes prior to the Funeral.

You must register by phone or email. There will be significant changes to the

various duties of ministers. Anyone not

wanting to participate at this time should

make this change on the Web terminal. A

reminder Email will be sent to all ministers

this week.

HEAVENLY REST CEMETARY

Due to COVID-19 The Monthly Mass Scheduled for

Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Heavenly Rest Cemetery

has been CANCELLED

Before coming to Mass:

1. Take your temperature before coming to Mass. If you have a temp of 100

degrees Fahrenheit or over, you must remain home.

2. Do you have any other symptoms of Covid-19 like a dry cough or

difficulty breathing you must stay home.

3. If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid 19 in the past two

weeks, you must stay home. Please bring a mask to wear during Mass.

4. Go to the washroom before you leave. Available for Emergencies only.

What about the collection?

When we return next week-

end their will be no collection

during Mass. You will be

asked to make your offering

as you leave the Church.

You will be able to pick up

your own bulletin as you leave

the Church.

You must register for mass each weekend

on the Monday or Tuesday prior to the

weekend between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

This can be done either by phone (519-969-

1400) and leave a message or by emailing

church at olmtcarmel@dol.ca.

Please indicate mass time, exact # of

people, full name and phone number. We

will confirm this by Thursday.
