VirtualEnterpriseServiceDeskprogramYou may have seen the icon (in the middle

of this article) on your desktop recently and wondered what it was or what it can do. It is the Virtual Enterprise Service Desk program and it offers many benefits such as elminat-ing call wait times; provides customers au-tomatic resolution to common IT problems; and is a client-based, desktop application for mission partners.

The primary goal is to empower Airmen by automati-cally fixing common minor IT issues. As a result, you’ll

get faster service with an automatic electronic ticket that includes a description of your issue and a computer diagnostics report.

Future capabilities will include new features and additional troubleshooting added to email, network, hardware, software, and phone. So please join us in empowering Airmen by auto-

mating Air Force IT customer service.
