BIB PICK-UP

GEAR CHECKGear Check will be available to participants starting from 6:00 am - 11:00 am on race morning. If you plan on checking gear, please tear off the Gear Check tag from the bottom of your bib number and attach it to your bag. Zip ties available at Gear Check tent. Belongings are checked at your own risk. Please do not leave valuables.

LAKESIDE PARTY: Featuring live music and Orlando's favorite refreshments – Refuel with TG Lee Chocolate Milk, Publix Muffins and if you’re 21+ you’ll appreciate Orange County Brewers. TRASH. RECYCLE. COMPOST: Watch for signs and volunteers showing where and how to dispose your trash and recyclables. HALF MARATHON COURSE

SUPPORT:• Nine water stops about every 1 1/2 miles. Gatorade will also be available.• Nine entertainment spots• Two Port-O-Lets at each water stop • One food stop with CLIF Shots Energy Gels at approximately mile 8.5 • Approximately 1.6 miles of brick (all in the first 5 miles)• Two on course tents will include an EMT and self-serve supplies such as Band-Aids, Blistex, sunscreen, Biofreeze, blister relief provided by Florida Hospital. Mile 5 and 10• Bike medics will be on course

RUNNER SAFETY

RESTRICTIONS: For safety reasons, bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, and dogs are prohibited from the race. The use of headphones is discouraged. All participants must maintain a 15-minute per mile pace or race officials may ask you to move to the sidewalk to re-open the roadways. STROLLER PARTICIPANTS (5K ONLY): Please check in at the Stroller Check-In table near the registration area. Strollers are required to start behind the designated stroller signage and maintain a 15 minute per mile pace or slower. NO STROLLERS IN THE HALF. LOST AND FOUND: Lost & Found items may be turned into the red Track Shack tent. Unclaimed items will be brought back to the Track Shack store and kept for 30 days. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY: Wear your race number on the front so that it's visible to photographers! Participants will be notified by email when photos are ready for viewing. Visit bbactionphoto.com.

B-TAG SCORING

AWARDSHALF MARATHON AWARDS: Awards presentation to the top five overall male and female, top male and female master will take place at 10:00 am. Awards for the top three in each age group and the top three male and female race walkers will be available for pick-up at the awards table. A complete description of award categories is available at www.orlandohalfmarathon.com.Note: Runners and walkers ages 14 and above who wear the designated B-Tag are included in the half marathon race results. Florida Dairy Farmers Top Finisher Hat: The first 50 men and first 50 women across the finish line receive the Florida Dairy Farmers Top Finishers Headsweats hat. 5K AWARDS: Awards presentation for the overall top ten male and female finishers will take place at 8:30 am. No age group awards in the 5k.Note: Runners and walkers ages seven and above that wear the designated B-Tag are included in the 5k race results.

The B-Tag by ChronoTrack is the timing device used to score half marathon and 5k participants. To receive an accurate time, make sure your bib is clearly visible on the FRONT of the torso, unaltered or modified and not covered.
