Rohit Chandra : An alumni of MDI, Gurgaon and IIM - Ahmedabad, Rohit has almost two decades of
experience in managing human resources in the Hospitality, Telecom, Retail and Real Estate industries
with top brands like ITC Hotels, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Retail and DLF Ltd.As HR Head, he has helped
establish organisations from scratch preparing HR plans and structures, developing the teams, integrating
systems and processes, organising employee engagement and development initiatives and ensuring
compliances with the government statuettes.
J S Randhawa : Col Randhawa is an Ex Service man who has served 24 years in Army and then 15
years in corporate world.
He is a complete expert in field of Customer Services and BPO . Col Randhawa has held many senior
level positions like National Head for Service Marketing at Bharti AIRTEL , Head Customer Services and
Head HR for Spice Telecom . Currently he runs his consultancy by the name of Pinnacle plus and is doing
consultancy work for many BPOs across the country .
Rohit Anand : A postgraduate in HR and an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Rohit has15 years of
intense exposure to full spectrum of HR domain in Agri , Retail ,Telecom & Travel industries with brands
like Escorts ,IBM Daksh, Airtel, Reliance Retail, Kuoni Travels & Tata Docomo. Rohit has worked with a
variety of business models and delivery platforms and has experience of green- field, shared, outsourced
and M&A environments. He is a keen networker and quick-on-feet management expert.

Anurag Pal : Anurag holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in Finance,
and a BS Electronics and Communication Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India.
He brings a unique blend of ‘hands-on’ operational experience and very strong analytical, reasoning and
strategic capabilities. He is currently the CEO of Accelcia as well as DoMyExpenses and has been
engaged with the entrepreneurial community for the past 8 years. Accelcia has over 175 clients and both
Accelcia and DoMyExpenses are based in Palo Alto. His experience encompasses finance, controllership
and FPA and operational functions. Over his career he has set up and run supply-chain, outsourced
operations, the finance and accounting functions and managed a $200M P&L for HP.
Dr.Neeti Khetarpal Sanan - PhD (Aligarh Muslim University)
Dr.Neeti, a certified corporate director, awarded by the World Council for Corporate Governance, London
started her career with American Express Bank after completing MBA in 1995. She worked for six years
across various functions such as global trading, treasury and trade finance.
Post Amex, she shifted to academics. She has spent over a decade teaching International Finance,
Treasury Management, Corporate Reporting and Corporate Finance to MBA students. Her expertise lies in
the area of corporate governance and financial disclosures. Amongst the core courses at IIMU, she
teaches Corporate Finance and Business Ethics. She has also attended a workshop on participant
centered learning in 2013 at Harvard Business School.
Sandeep Grover : He has over 22 years of hands-on experience in both Sales and Training - a
combination that gives him a remarkable insight into the front-line operations. Having worked as head of
training in companies like NIS Sparta, Max New York Life, Bharti Axa, Tata AIG, Sandeep has successfully
led projects in Insurance training, Key Account Management, Negotiation Skills and Leadership Skills.
He's also had significant exposure to international markets and their work-cultures. He brings all this and
more into his stimulating experience-sharing workshops.
