BETWEEN: Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council/Conseil de réglementation des consultants en immigration du Canada (Applicant) -and- Liza Lucion (Respondent) ORDER OF THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE Whereas, the Applicant, Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council ("ICCRC") and Respondent, Liza Lucion ("Ms. Lucion" or the "Member"), (collectively, the "Parties") have come to a settlement (the "Settlement") with respect to the matters at issue in ICCRC File Nos. CD.2013.936 and CD.2014.216; And whereas the Discipline Committee of the ICCRC has reviewed the Joint Submission on Penalty of the Parties signed on March 31, 2016 with its appended schedules; And whereas the Discipline Committee approves of the Settlement reached between the Parties pursuant to Section E of the ICCRC By-Law and Rule 14.5 of the Discipline Committee’s Rules of Procedure;

TheDisciplineCommitteeOrdersasfollows:

1. TheDisciplineCommitteeacceptsinitsentiretytheSettlementagreedtobythePartiesandas setoutintheJointSubmissiononPenaltyanditsattachedSchedules;

2. Accordingly,theComplaintsmadeagainstMs.LucionassetoutinICCRCFilesNo.CD.2013.936 andCD.2014.216havebeenresolvedandthefollowingpenaltyisimposed:

(a)NolaterthanSeptember1st,2016Ms.Lucionshalltakeaminimumof5hoursofContinuingProfessionalDevelopment("CPD")onthetopicofclientcommunication;

(b)TheCPDnotedatparagraph(a)aboveshallbeinadditiontothe16hoursofannualrequiredCPD.ItistheresponsibilityofMs.Luciontofind,registerfor,andcompleteCPDinfulfillmentofparagraph(a)above.Ms.LucionmaynotcounthoursspenttakingamandatoryPracticeManagementEducationcoursetowardthefulfillmentoftherequirementatparagraph(a)above;

(c)Ms.LucionwillprovidetheICCRCRegistrarwithasworn/affirmeddeclarationthatshehascompletedtheProfessionalDevelopmentrequirementnotedatparagraph(a)abovenolaterthanSeptember6,2016;

(d)AreprimandintheformsetoutintheattachedSchedule"C"shallbeplacedintheMember'sICCRCFileforaperiodof2yearsfromthedateoftheDisciplineCommittee'sOrder;

3. ThisOrdershallbepublishedontheICCRCWebsite;

(a)TheOrdershallbetransferredfromtheRecentorCurrentDecisionssectionoftheICCRCWebsitetotheArchivedDecisionssectionoftheICCRCWebsiteonreceiptofthesworn/affirmeddeclarationnotedatparagraph2(c)above.

(b)OntransfertotheArchivedDecisionssectionoftheWebsite,theMember'snameandregistrationnumbershallberedacted.
