    Holden required a rewards redemption solution thateliminated the need for a call centre to order and issueprinted paper-based coupons. A stand-alone kiosk solutionwas developed, fitted with a high capacity thermal printers(approx. 3500 tickets) and a wireless modem for secureremote monitoring. The solution was developed and

    delivered within 4 weeks to meet a crucial deadline and hasbeen running successfully, with close to zero downtime, foralmost 5 years.
