Introduction
• I am in my 10th year at Stephen-Argyle Central• Served in a variety of capacities• I am a father of SEVEN!
• This has been an enjoyable learning experience• Continued working while taking credits• Coursework has been challenging• Professors have been very helpful
• In this presentation I will be covering my strengths, areas for growth, professional development plan and philosophy of education
Strengths
• Diversity Leadership– I am an advocate for ALL students– I believe in a quality education for all– All staff and students deserve a safe environment
• Community Relations– I have managed the school website– Head Football Coach, and Head Girls Basketball

• Safety and Security– Several lessons on Crisis Management Plan– Working with and practicing Emergency Response

• Organizational Management– Need further work on organizational systems of
school settings– Setting school schedules– Priority Setting
• Curriculum Planning and Development– Greater understanding of observation models– Continue to grow in pedagogical practices

• I am proud of the learning that has taken place in this program
• Continuing to grow and learn throughout life is the key to a successful and happy life
• Education is one of the few places in this world where we have the ability to positively impact impressionable people, therefore is one of the most honorable professions
