I have had trouble in the past with planning and organization. However, I’m now taking steps to correct this. I just started using a pocket planner.

My computer skills are not the best. I have taken some classes recently to improve my skills and am always willing to learn more.

Sometimes it is difficult for me to get to get up in the morning, but I am always willing to work late.

My weakness is, I don’t always finish what I start, but I am very creative. And if the project is very important, I will have passion to complete it.

I think my greatest weakness is that I lack confidence, but I will do well in a job that requires someone to be detailed, organized, and reliable.
