I realize that there are likely other candidates who also have the ability to do this job. Yet I bring an additional quality that makes me the best person for the job--my outstanding people skills. I can easily talk with others and build trust. As a tour guide, I think this quality will be a great asset to your company and help customers feel positive and happy about their experience.

I have had trouble in the past with planning and organization. However, I’m now taking steps to correct this. I just started using a pocket planner.

My computer skills are not the best. I have taken some classes recently to improve my skills and am always willing to learn more.

Sometimes it is difficult for me to get to get up in the morning, but I am always willing to work late.

My weakness is, I don’t always finish what I start, but I am very creative. And if the project is very important, I will have passion to complete it.

I think my greatest weakness is that I lack confidence, but I will do well in a job that requires someone to be detailed, organized, and reliable.
