Oracle  Pay/Check  Stub  Access    

Oracle    1) Go  to  Hampton  City  Schools  website  (you  must  be  inside  the  HCS  firewall)  and  click  on  

staff:  the  link  is  http://www.hampton.k12.va.us/staff/staff.html    

2) Click  on  Oracle  Business  Suite    

   

3) Sign  on    

     

4) Click  on  HCS  Employee,  Standard    

   

5) Pay  slip  will  come  up  and  automatically  default  to  the  last  pay  stub  in  Oracle    

6) Go  to  Choose  a  Pay  slip,  click  the  drop  down  arrow  to  go  to  other  pay  periods    

7) Select  your  pay  period  and  then  click  GO
