Based on the industry’s leading database and application server you can deploy a true hybrid cloud architecture with 100% compatibility between your on-premise IT infrastructure and Oracle Cloud.

Direct Connections and SpeedsOracle FastConnect establishes a private data connection that bypasses the public Internet to deliver consistent throughput needed for true hybrid cloud performance. Oracle FastConnect inside Equinix works seamlessly with your data center LAN to provide seamless integration between Oracle cloud services and your internal applications. Equinix Cloud Exchange simplifies network connectivity.
You manage your VLAN and BGP sessions to the Equinix Cloud Exchange and use a private, secure virtual circuit to establish network presence with Oracle Cloud’s PaaS and IaaS services.
Minimum RequirementsThe following basic network requirements are needed to connect your IT Infrastructure to Oracle Cloud using Oracle FastConnect via the Equinix Cloud Exchange:
• Enterprise Public IP Addresses
• Enterprise Public AS Number (ASN)
• Co-located presence in one of 6 same data centers where Oracle hosts their adjacent Oracle FastConnect service (or linked by a network provider to one of the 6 Oracle FastConnect locations).
• Order ports on the Equinix Cloud Exchange (ECX) and use the ECX Portal to configure a virtual circuit to Oracle Cloud
