AppointmentsWhen booking any treatment, you will need to provide your credit or debit card details for a £20 deposit to secure the booking. Longer appointments may require a higher deposit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your treatment to complete a mandatory consultation form. This helps our experts tailor any treatment for you.

Yuu Etiquette To maintain our relaxing environment and to fully enjoy your Yuu experience, we respectfully ask that mobile phones are turned off before and during treatments.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation of all appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. Groupon voucher appointments can not be changed or missed. If you contact the salon 48 hours before your appointment, it is possible to change your appointment for a fee of £10.

Health & SafetyUnfortunately we are not insured to care for clients’ children on our premises. Although we love little ones, our busy salon is not a safe environment for small children. If it’s possible to organise childcare, we recommend that you do so.

Before you begin, it is important to assess your skin’s overall condition and identify any problem areas that are not visible to the naked eye. We offer a 15 minute consultation using a skin scanner (a simple and painless procedure) which will highlight imperfections such as pigmentation, skin unevenness, lines and wrinkles.
