Walking for SportThe Walking Group have been enjoying the recent nicer weather. The not-so-cold weather has let us walk a little further each week and also enjoy some walks that are off the beaten track. The group have enjoyed wandering around through town as well as through the edges of the bushland around town. They are a very mature group and all get along very well; it has been a pleasure to be able to take them walking in areas that we have been unable to go previously.

Australian CuisineThis term the stage 5 Food technology have been exploring Austrlian Food.Their recent assessment task looked at the infl uence of other cultures on Australian Food.

Last week we cooked Beef Schnitzel recongnising German infl uences.

Today a delicious Spaghetti Bolognese acknowlegdes shared Italian heritage. The students have enjoyed the variations and are eager to experiment with traditional recipes.
