INTRODUCTION

Established in 2005 in Qatar, Aqua Terra Middle East (“ATME”) is a

joint-venture company between Qatar based FAL International

Group (“FAL”) and Singapore based Aqua Terra Supply Limited

(“ATS”). A company with multi-discipline capabilities, ATME has

established itself as one of the key players in the Qatar and Middle

Eastern Markets. Tapping on the vast experiences and capabilities

of its parent companies and associated companies, ATME is

currently operating 3 business divisions namely a. Procurement &

Supply Division, b. Engineering & Industrial Services Division and

c. Marine & Offshore Services Division. ATME caters to the different

segments of the various developments primarily in Qatar and also

in other parts of Middle East and North African Region (“MENA”).

ATME provides products and services to the oil and gas, marine,

petrochemical, water, power and mining industries.

Our immediate parent company, KSD, through more than 50 branches and subsidiary companies organized

into 3 holding companies namely ATS Pte Ltd, SSH Pte Ltd and KS Flow Pte Ltd, KSD stock and distributes

By partnering and sharing its expertise with associated engineering and construction companies located both

in Singapore and in Qatar, ATME is able to integrate individual capability to provide value-added solution on an

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) basis to various projects in Qatar.

ATME is an approved EPC operator with KEO and Stanley for the prestigious project, the USD 1 billion waste water

treatment plant located in Doha North owned by Ashghal (Public Works Authority) . ATME’s cope includes sub-

contracting, project consultancy and EPC related services valued in excess of QR150 million.

ATME has the full capability to provide a wide spectrum of services to the various projects be it on Turnkey Full

EPC Basis, Design Consultancy, Project Management, Pre-Construction Preparation Works e.g. site accommodation

ATME has a track record of operating Integrated Offshore Supply Bases in Batam, Indonesia and Singapore. Backed

with more than 30 years of experience in the offshore services sectors, ATME is in position to offer services for rig

and plant shut downs, servicing, repair and certifying all kinds of valves, Offshore Steel Fabrication Works, pipe

threading and coating works, drill pipe inspection and certification works and etc.

ATME also stock and distributes a wide range of Marine related equipment and material for the ship building,

rig and offshore platform construction, refurbishment , conversations or upgrading works. Some of these
