• Formerly known as Communicator or Instant Messenger

• Expanded functionality allows you to conference, collaborate and more

• Integrated with Microsoft Office including calendar, tools, contacts and more

• Full client required for full participation (usually only NDUS). Download it to your PC and run Lync from your PC for full functionality to work

• Best suited for quick conversations and internal meetings
