The  One  Asia  Group  passionately  believes  that  the  world  has  changed  and  that  the  real  opportuni9es  are  going  to  be  generated  from  and  in  Asia  for  the  next  decade.  Those  opportuni9es  centre  around  educa9ng  the  populous,  establishing  be?er  technology  and  assis9ng  companies  improve  their  opera9onal  processes  to  bring  efficient  and  sustainable  results.  

How  we  do  this  is  to  act  as  business  accelerators,  working  with  the  best  specialists  in  each  sector  to  assist  clients  in  managing  their  opportuni9es  and  to  build  long-­‐term  sustainable  solu9ons.  

What  we  do  is  provide  strategic  advisory  services  across  business  sectors  but  with  geographic  focus,  we  add  value  to  transac9ons  and  businesses  within  the  Asia  region.  

Incorporated  in  April  2011  to  provide  strategic  advisory  services  to  global  businesses.    

The  One  Asia  Group  is  incorporated  in  the  United  Kingdom  (One  Asia  Group  Limited),  Hong  Kong  (One  Asia  Group  Limited),  Indonesia  (PT  Insan  Persada  Nusantara)  and  Sri  Lanka  (One  Asia  Group  (pvt)  Limited),  with  addi9onal  representa9on  in  Australia,  Singapore  and  Thailand.  The  Bridge  Group  Pte  Ltd  is  incorporated  in  Singapore.  

The  group  works  in  partnership  with  other  groups  as  required  on  a  project  to  project  basis.

Trade  Advisory  –  OAG  do  not  believe  the  old  deal-­‐flow  structure  of  brokers  and  long  intermediary  chains  are  efficient  or  advantageous  for  either  buyer  or  seller.    The  group  works  with  either  mine  /  asset  owners  or  end  buyers  to  determine  efficient  and  long  term  deal  flow.      

Renewable  Energy  &  Technologies  –  OAG  provide  strategic  advisory  for  clients  wishing  to  maximise  the  benefits  of  new  technologies  and  resources.  

Marcomms  –  OAG  has  in-­‐house  exper9se  to  assist  you  in  establishing  your  corporate  iden9ty,  building  the  communica9on  channels  and  managing  your  marke9ng.    Addi9onally  the  group  works  with  other  solu9on  providers  to  ensure  the  most  efficient  and  effec9ve  solu9ons  are  deployed  for  our  clients’  individual  aspira9ons.
