MAP testing begins NEXT WEEK!

★ Students will test in Math class and Writing class.★ The questions are not all the same for each student.★ Students may NOT skip questions - each question must

be answered before you can go to the next question.★ You cannot go back to a previously answered question.

MAP testing begins NEXT WEEK!

★ You cannot get all the questions correct - that’s OKAY! This is how MAP determines your performance level!

★ Some questions may seem easy, and other questions may seem really difficult - and that is OKAY!!! Just do your best!

★ The test will let you know when you are finished. There isn’t an exact number of questions.

MAP testing begins NEXT WEEK!

★ If you work too fast and don’t read the questions, it will take longer to finish the test and the test will notify your teacher that you are simply guessing without reading.

★ For math, a calculator button will appear in the toolbar when it is available to use. If a question does not show the calculator tool, you have to use mental math or scratch paper to solve by hand.

MAP testing begins NEXT WEEK!

★ Make sure to use the scroll bar if you are not able to see all of a question or reading passage.

★ For reading, the same passage may appear more than once, but look carefully at the question - it will be different.

★ If you have any issues with your testing device during testing, raise your hand to get your teacher’s help - do NOT try to resolve the issue on your own!
