GENERAL NOTES

Situation No.6 Holding lies North of Yoxall and is best approached from the A515. From the centre of Yoxall pick up the A515 and travel North towards Sudbury, adjoining the Foresters Public House, turn left and after half a mile at the 5 lane ends triangle by Wood Mill Animal Feeds take Maker Lane signposted Hall Cross Hall. Continue along this lane passing Hadley Reclaim on the left and at the junction go straight over Upper Hoar Cross Road into Rowley Park. Continue down the lane for approximately ¾ mile and at the grass triangle turn right up Rowley Park. Continue around the bends with No.6 Holding lying second property on the left and the car park on the left.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

tenancy of the holding and all locals will know that Ian moved to the farm in 2010.

There is a good range of MF tractors together with machinery and effects and various cattle sundries including the galvanised calf dehorning crush and principle crush which are in very

good order.
