What does this Micron App Store Enrollment Guide for iOS devices cover?

This document guides you through the process of requesting and installing the Micron App Store on

your iOS device.

To enroll your device(s), open the http://mobile site in a Micron-approved web browser, and then click

the “Enroll your device” button to get started.

Note: Once you have completed the first step of web enrollment, you will receive additional

instructions through email and/or text message on how to finish the device enrollment process.

If you provided a mobile (text-capable) number in the web enrollment form, you will receive an email

and text message.

You will receive the following instructions through email or text message to:

1. Download the Citrix Secure Hub application from your devices App Store.

2. Launch the Citrix Secure Hub application, and then enter your full Micron email address

(username@micron.com) to enroll and authenticate. 3. Enter your “one-time invitation PIN” for enrollment

Note: If you are attempting to enroll a device that does NOT have Micron email or SMS text

messaging, then you will need to forward emails to your personal email account or device (assuming it

is configured) so that you can view them on the device you are attempting to enroll. Enrollment

invitations are good for 10 days. You will need to request a new enrollment invitation after the 10-day expiration.

Setting up Secure Hub on your iOS device

This section describes the process for configuring the Micron App Store on Apple device.

Note: Your screens may differ from the screenshots provided in this document, depending on which

version of iOS you are running or the device you are using. This document was written with iOS version 9.3.5 being referenced.

1. Navigate to your device’s App Store, search for citrix secure hub, and then tap Get to install the

application.

2. Tap Open to launch the Citrix Secure Hub application once it has installed.

3. Enter your full Micron email (username@micron.com) address, and then select Next.

4. Enter your full Micron email address (username@micron.com), if it has not populated

automatically, and Micron password, and then enter your One-time invitation PIN, also

contained within your email or text message. Tap Next to continue.

5. Tap Accept after you read and agree to the Micron Mobile Device Policy terms and conditions.

6. Tap Install on the XenMobile CA Install Profile screen that displays.

7. Enter the passcode for your device (if applicable).

8. Tap Install on the Installing Profile “XenMobile CA” window that displays.

9. Tap Done on the Profile Installed window.

10. Tap Install to install the XenMobile Profile Service.

11. Enter the passcode for your device (if applicable).

12. Tap Install to install the XenMobile Profile Service.

13. Tap Install on the mobile device management Warning screen.

14. Tap Trust on the Remote Management screen to continue.

15. Tap Done on the MDM Configuration window.

16. Tap Open on the Open this page in “Secure Hub”? pop-up window.

17. Create and confirm your Citrix PIN. This PIN cannot be four repeating digits. This PIN should NOT

be the same as your device PIN. Your device PIN and the Citrix PIN are independent of each other.

The Citrix PIN takes the place of your domain password when authenticating to Micron resources.

18. Tap Install on the App Installation pop-up window to install the Citrix VPN application.

19. Open the Citrix VPN application once it has installed, and then tap Allow.

Note: Completing steps 18 and 19 will ensure that the VPN connection will be built automatically

when you launch apps that rely on this connection. Not all apps in the Micron App Store need this

type of VPN connection.

If a Micron app is using this connection, you will see a VPN icon in the top status bar of your

device.

Your Micron App Store enrollment is complete. You can open the Micron App Store to add ANY

available applications.

Note: Please allow 5-10 minutes for applications (SecureMail, SecureWeb, etc.) to be searchable in

the Micron App Store. Application availability (what you see in the Micron App Store) is dependent

on what has been assigned to your Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile. If you do NOT see

certain applications in the Micron App Store, you will need to contact an MDM Administrator

through the IT Service Desk.
