OMAHA POKER 1. The casino may offer the game of Omaha High or Omaha High-Low-Split Eight or Better Poker. 2. A table shall be restricted to a maximum of 10 players. 3. Each player who elects to participate in a round of play may be required to place an ante and/or blind(s). 4. The game may also be played with a Kill or Half-Kill option. 5. A dealer button shall be used to indicate the order in which the cards shall be dealt and the order in which players shall be required or have the option to bet. At the commencement of play, the button shall rotate around the table in a clockwise manner after each round of play. 6. The player to the immediate left of the button shall be required to initiate the first betting round before any cards are dealt by placing a blind bet. 7. Starting with the player to the immediate left of the button and continuing in a clockwise rotation around the table, the dealer shall deal four rounds of cards face down to each player, with the player with the button being the last player to receive a card each time. 8. Following the initial deal, starting with the player to the left of the player(s) who have posted the blind(s), players may fold, call or raise (Action). Each player who has posted a blind also has the option to raise. 9. The dealer shall then burn the top card of the deck and proceed to deal three community cards (Flop) face-up in the center of the table. The next betting round shall commence with the option to bet or check belonging to the first player to the left of the button. Each subsequent player may bet, call, check, fold or raise. The betting round shall be considered complete when each player has either folded or called in response to the most recent bet.

12. A showdown shall be used to determine the winner of the pot by all remaining players. The winner of the pot shall be the player with the highest ranking five-card high hand.

14. All players with the same highest ranking five-card hand shall split the pot equally with any odd chip given to the player to the immediate left of the dealer button.

15. In Omaha High Poker, all players with the same highest ranking five-card hand shall split the pot equally with any odd chip given to the player to the immediate left of the dealer button.

16. In Omaha High-Low-Hand Split Eight or Better, the player with the highest ranking five-card hand and the player with the highest ranking five-card low-hand shall split the pot equally with any odd chip given to the player with the highest ranking high hand.

17. All cards must be turned face-up on the table to be eligible for their share of the pot.
