Olilia is the perfect invitation to play with co-lours. Choose colours that are close together or choose colours that are highly contrasting, as we have done here, combining the sharp pink with the duty reddish brown.

Section 1Using MC yarn and your favorite cast-on method, cast on 5 sts.Set up Row 1 (RS): K1, kfb, k1, kfb, k1. [2 sts incr; 7 sts on the needles]Set up Row 2 (WS): K all sts.

Row 1: (K1, M1L) twice, k to last 2 sts, (M1R, k1) twice. [4 sts incr]Row 2: K all sts. Repeat last two rows until there are 71 sts on the needles, ending with a WS row.

Note: In next rows you will proceed with short rows. Please note that you do not need to pick up wraps when you come to wrapped stitches. Slip marker when you encounter it.
