WHAT WE OFFER... INDUSTRIAL AIR CLEANERS Packaged, custom engineered, media, electrostatic or wet air cleaners designed to remove smoke, dust, fumes, volatile dust, and/or odor. Applications include: welding, machining, grinding, woodworking, laboratories, school shops and many more. Systems are ambient or source capture and are available with HEPA or adsorption/absorption capabilities. Capacities range from 500 to 500,000 CFM.

DUST COLLECTORSPackaged or custom-engineered cartridge or fabric media filter collectors for dry particulate applications. Units are available for continuous duty or intermittent use. These can be installed indoors or outdoors depending on the application.

INTELLIGENT VENTILATION ENERGY CONTROLSEnergy controls reduce operating expenses for all industrial ventilation equipment, whether new or existing. These controls immediately reduce operating costs for dust collectors, mist collectors, air cleaners, and exhaust systems, resulting in improved system performance and energy consumption that is reduced by as much as 80%!

BOOTHS & DOWN DRAFT TABLESPackaged or custom engineered containment equipment provides “passive” collection in nonrestrictive environments. Operators and facilities benefit from at-source removal of contaminants that may otherwise migrate throughout a facility and harm remote personnel and equipment.

MIST COLLECTORSPackaged or custom engineered units to capture mist, smoke, fume and particulate generated during machining processes. Collectors can be direct mount or central systems and will handle water-soluble, synthetic or straight oil coolant applications.

SOURCE CAPTURE EXTRACTION ARMS Self-supporting articulating arms range from 3” to 10” in diameter and lengths up to 30’. Properly used arms protect operators by removing contaminants before they enter their breathing zone.

VEHICLE EXHAUST REMOVAL SYSTEMS Source capture systems include hose reels, nozzles, high temperature flex hose, portable, rail-mounted and boom-mounted equipment. Ambient air cleaners compliment the widest variety of vehicle exhaust removal equipment available anywhere.

BLOWERS, FANS, VENTILATORSThe right fan for your application is a must. Hastings knows fans and will recommend the appropriate B/I, airfoil, forward curved, high temperature, material handling, or coated fan to fit your needs...precisely.

ODOR CONTROLSystems are available for removing or neutralizing odors with activated carbon or other application-specific media.

COMMERCIAL AIR CLEANERSAmbient “plug-and-play” units, or in-duct equipment that works with HVAC systems, remove allergens, dust, pollen and nuisance odors from lounges, offices, break and waiting rooms.

VACUUM SYSTEMSIndustrial vacuums are available for source capture of grinding dust, welding fumes and other housekeeping needs.
