LED Oil Price Sign is a sign used to display the oil price in the highway, national highway, and

provincial highway gas stations. It uses high-brightness LED as a display component, with high

brightness, energy saving, safe, easy to operate and so on advantages. Applied the stable and

reliable frequency wireless data communication module, the module uses low transmit power, high

receiver sensitivity and strong anti-interference design, using the global development license-free2.4G ISM brand with a maximum 2Mbps operating speed wireless data transfer and the

transmission distance is more than 200 meters, meeting the requirements of wireless control, there is

no need to apply frequency usage license.

The button is very simple on the remote control panel, namely, left and right function keys, up

and down navigation key, SET button, the confirm button ENT button, the SEND button and the

ON / OFF button to open, the wireless antenna (hidden in the enclosure), in accordance with theprompts to operate.

The remote control uses 3pcs standard AA batteries. When the LCD prompts BATTERY LOW,

you need to replace the battery. If unused for long periods, you need to turn off the power switch,

and youd better remove the battery.

The Remote control had the automatic standby and sleep function.Press boot-start button LCD

display, backlit display. When there is no operation found in 40 consecutive seconds, the RF

controller will shutdown automatically. If there is any operation the RF controller will be continue

to work properly. To continue working, you must press the power switch once again, only boot-start

again you can use the controller.

2Sending InformationPress the SEND button, the information youve edited just now can besent to the Oil Display.

3Amend the System IDUsing the password you can enter into the ID amend window, then youcan amend the No. of the oil sign and the controller. Before delivery the ID No. had been set and

it is the default setting. It is the same as the system Tag ID code. Here we suggest you not

recommended modifying the ID code. When the system is abnormal, and you need to set up andreplace, at this time, you need to change along with the system label. And ensure the unique IDcode.

4. The description of the remote control modifying word position. A set of remote control can

control 4pcs oil screens having 4 digits, and corresponding Screen number are 1.2.3.4. The first

screen should access control panel, then the second one connect with the first one, the third with the

second one, at last the third connect with the fourth one. When having need to modify the firstnumber firstly you should use the upper-left-corner the navigational buttons to choose screen

number on the remote control, secondly press ENT button to enter the first word position havingneed to modify, thirdly use the right and left function keys to choose the word position having need

to modify and Locate in modified word position, lastly use upper and lower navigational button tomodify the number.

The whole system, one controller can control at most 4pcs oil display.

The step to change the digit

1Select the No. of the displayWhen open the

Controller, it is default as the first one, at this moment the

Cursor will flicker.

2After Click the ENT Button, the first digit

will flicker, then use the up and down navigationbutton to change the figure.

3Using the left and right function button to

select the digit which need to change, then use the

up and down navigation button to change it.

4After finish the digit, Press confirm button

ENT to exit, when the No. of the display is flickering, press SEND button to finish the verified.

5The other oil display should be setting as the same as the above.

. MaintenanceIt is very convenient for maintenance the system; there is no need to painstakingly

maintenance during the daily time:

The voltage in the power supply line should be stabilization and provide with sufficient data

current. Data lines and adapter plate should be in a good connection. The Anode and the Cathode in

power supply line should not be reversed.

1 The control board and the interface board is nonwaterproof,so they should be put in a

safe enclosure and keep releasing heating and ventilation, the humid environment isnot available.

2 Wireless module on the panel should keep fixed and couldnt touch other components.

Antenna must be installed on the cabinet and exposed on the outside of cabinet as

much as possible; otherwise it will directly influence effect of the wireless

communication.

3 When battery voltage of remote controller is too low it need to change the battery in

time to avoid affecting the work. When it wont be used in a long time it should be

turned off the power and then remove battery from it.
