Whereas Asahi Gyogyo K. K. No. 26, Matsunami-•ErcHo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, has applied for additionalregistration, in the inventory of the fishery founda-tion, of the sailing vessele, the -Daiichi Asahi-maruwhich is registered in the area of 23 wards in Tokyo,the port of registry, and of fishery equipments andimplements belonging to her, for the purpose of creat-ing a fishery foundationf any person who has a claim
