The electric motor shall be of rated HP and speed 2900 Rpm and suitable for operation at 415V, 50Hz. The pump shall be of cast iron construction with bronze impeller, high tensile steel shaft, flexible coupling and gland packing seal. the casing technique ensure smothness of hydraulic passages & the enclosed impeller sahll radial flow type.The roating elements are statically & dynamically balanced. suction falnge DIN - ND- 10 & Outlet Flange shall be DIN- ND-40 OR ND-64. . The complete unit shall be mounted on a common structural steel base frame and shall include accessories such as foundation bolts, casing relief valve, pressure relief valve etc and as specified in the technical specifications. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical motor driven Booster Pump of vertical inle type capable to deliver 900 LPM at 35 MWC With Potential Free Contacts from starter Panel for BMS Compatible .The pump shall be coupled to TEFC motor of suitable HP with speed of 2900RPM and complete set shall mounted on common base frame. The quoted rate shall includes providing & fixing of RCC foundation( as recommended by manufacturer) and Foundation bolts etc.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine Driven, suction back pullout centifugal type standby fire hydrant pump of capacity 2800 LPM at 115 MWC coupled to diesel engine. The diesel engine shall be of rated BHP and speed. The pump shall be of cast iron construction with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, flexible coupling and gland packing seal. The complete unit shall be mounted on a common structural steel base frame and shall include accessories such as foundation bolts, casing relief valve, pressure relief valve etc and as specified in the technical specifications.The rate shall be inclusive of diesel engine accessories such as fuel tank of suitable capacity for 6hrs continuous operation, industrial grade muffler, pre-piped cooling system, instrument panel with tachometer, oil pressure gauges etc and as specified in the technical specifications.

Manufacturing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of compartmentalised common control panel for Electrical motor driven pumps and Diesel engine driven pumps in accordance with the technical specifications. Panel shall be IP 65 rated. The ratings given below for the components are indicative, however the bidder shall verify and, if justified, modify the ratings considering the actual motor ratings and load. All modifications shall be substantiated with necessary technical backup and calculations to be submitted along with the bid for evaluation.

For cables laid out door the rate shall include earth excavation providing brick and sand protection, refilling and compacting the earth.The rate shall exclude tray & Hume pipes.The size of cables shall as indicated below but will be selected to suit the final selected motor ratings.

(NOTE: Incoming cable to the panel will be in the scope of the Electrical Contractor, but the termination of it in the panel will be in the scope of the Fire Fighting Contractor)

Supplying and fixing of perforated G.I.sheet cable tray with neccessory angle iron suspension supports, anchor fasteners etc. complete. Maximum height of suspension shall not exceed 500 mm.Size of the tray shall be suitable for laying the above mentioned cables.

G.I. Earthing strips of 50mm x 6mm thick, strip shall be run on floor / ceiling / walls, from the equipment to the nearest Earth pit with neccessory accessories as required. ( Erath pit shall be executed by other agencies).

Double headed oblique type hydrant valve as per IS 5290, of stainless steel construction with 100mm dia flanged inlet drilled as per IS : 1538, class 150, (63mm) with two individually controlled 63mm Female (coupling) Inst. outlets,with spring lock, complete with male Blank Caps as per IS:5290 (Flange OD 220 mm, PCD 180mm, 8 nos X 19mm dia holes) with MS galvanised chain and CI hand wheel. The hydrant valve shall be ISI marked.

2 lengths of 15Mtr long, 63mm dia RRL hose conforming to IS : 636 Type A with instantaneuos male / female stainless steel couplings conforming to IS : 903. The hoses shall be ISI marked.

1No. Stainless steel 63mm dia short branch pipe with nozzle of 19mm dia conforming to IS : 903. The branch pipe shall be ISI marked.

Automatic first-aid hose reel swinging type with aluminium die-cast, red epoxy polyester powder coated drum containing 19mm dia, 40Mtr length rubber braided hose. The unit shall be complete with 20mm dia shut-off valve, jet/spray nylon nozzle and wall mounting bracket with swivel arm.

Fire duct shutter shall be fabricated of 16 gauge M.S.sheet / 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheet with glass-fronted double-door of size 1200 mm(H) x 900mm(W) min. & fixed with 4 mm thick glass, suitable rubber beeding and locking arrangement. The door shall be hinged on an angle iron frame 40x40x3mm thick. Quoted rate shall include all fasteners, bolts, nuts, washers etc, and complete shutter shall be powder coated of approved colour both inside and out side.

M.S. cabinet double compartment, free standing, wall mounted type fabricated out of M.S. sheet 16 gauge thick, with each compartment having glass fronted ( 4mm thick glass with rubber beeding) single leaf door in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Size of the cabinet shall be 1800mm(L) x 800mm(W) x 450mm(D). Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of C.I. non-rising spindle type gate valve as per IS:14846 ( PN20) with flanged ends drilled as per IS : 1538, Table - 4&6. The valves shall be ISI marked. Rates shall be inclusive of galvanised bolts, nuts, washers and gaskets as specified in the Technical specifications. The valve shall be installed in masonary wall chamber with extention spindle for operating the valves from the floor level.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning CI wafer type, slim seal butterfly valves as per BS 5155 ( PN16). Valves upto and including 150mm size shall be standard lever operated typeand above 150mm shall be gear operated type. Rates shall be inclusive of galvanised bolts,nuts, washeres and gaskets. The Vlave shall be fitted with supervisory switch for monitoring.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of yard hydrant comprising of the following,

Single headed oblique type hydrant valve as per IS 5290, of stainless steel construction with 80mm dia flanged inlet drilled as per IS : 1538, class 150, outlet of 63 mm dia female instantaneous coupling with spring lock, blank cap with MS galvanised chain and CI hand wheel. The hydrant valve shall be fixed on a standpost fabricated of GI pipe 80mm dia with flanged end and shall be at a height of 1200mm from the finished ground level. Portion of standpipe below ground shall be provided with anti-corrosive treatment with 4mm thick polymer corrosion resistant tape as per IS 10221 with overlap of min. 15mm. The standpipe shall be complete with galvanised bolts, nuts and washers and gaskets duly painted to approved shade as specified. The hydrant valve shall be ISI marked.

2 lengths of 15 M long, 63mm dia CP hose conforming to IS : 8423 with instantaneuos male / female stainless steel couplings conforming to IS : 903. The hoses shall be ISI marked.

1No. gun metal 63mm dia short branch pipe with nozzle of 19mm dia conforming to IS : 903. The branch pipe shall be ISI marked.

Providing and fixing bronze orifice disc for fire hydrant system to control the pressure within 3.5 Kgs/cm2 all complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge .

M.S. hose cabinet free standing, pedestal mounted type fabricated out of M.S. sheet 16 gauge thick, with glass fronted ( 4mm thick glass with rubber beeding) double leaf door in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Size of the cabinet shall be 750mm(L) x 600mm(W) x 250mm(D). Quoted rate shall include suitable pedestal support for mounting, fabricated of galvanised channel min, 75 x 40 x 6mm thick with all necessary fixing bolts, nuts, washers, fasteners etc. The cabinet shall be powder coated of approved colour both inside and out side as specified.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 4-way fire brigade inlet connection with 4 nos. 63 mm dia. built - in gun metal non- return valves with outlets instantaneous coupling type arranged on 150 mm dia. pipe manifold. The fire brigade inlet is connected to wet riser main through 150mm dia GI pipe and shall be complete with C.I. butterfly valve, C.I. non-return valve and M.S. cabinet of suitable size with mounting supports etc. complete. A 25mm dia drain valve shall be provided on the pipe manifold.

Providing and installing in position the following type of sign boards made out of 3mm thick "Opaque" PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyle painted foam board, complete with mirror fasteners.

Supply and installation of RCC hume pipes of 300 mm ia & NP 2 Class with collars for road / below floor crossing of Fire water pipes. The rate shall includes excavation, PCC ( 1:4:8 100 mm thick)bed and ends shall be closed with Brick masonry work as directed by site engineer.

Supply & Construction of valve chamber with 230 mm Brick masonry wall with best quality TM bricks & CM 1:4,on a PCC 1:4;8 bed of 100 mm thcik.The wall shall be plastered internally smooth in CM 1:3, water proofing as required and externally rough plastered with sponge finish, including curing. The chamber shall be provided with M.S. 6 / 8 mm thick plate fabricated top cover in leaves with neccessory hinges and locking arrangement. The size of the chamber shall be 1200mm x 1200mm x1500mm in depth.

Supply and construction of PCC (1:2:4) pedastals / supports for Under ground / above ground pipes. Quoted rate shall inclusive of excavation ( if required ), chipping / chasing, shuttering, plastering ( if required) etc. complete.

Sealing of Fire shafts at all floor levels by using M.S. angle Iorn frame around the shaft, M.S. chequered plate and PCC of 1:2:4 ( 100mm thick) on the plate for whole shaft area as per drawings and engineer - in - charge.
