Pathways The preferred pathway into this qualification is from the BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management. There are many pathways a graduating student could follow after achieving the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Candidates may undertake further higher education studies or proceed with studies related to their vocation.
